Brides, we know that the wedding is YOUR big day. However, your day can be pretty miserable if none of your bridesmaids are speaking to you by then. We’ve all seen some monster Bridezillas make life a living hell for her bridal party and we know you don’t want to be that bride, right? Of course not. In fact, why not go one step further and let your bridesmaids be themselves at your wedding instead of dressing them like cookie cutter carbon copies of one another, all in the same uncomfortable dress that is flattering to no one?
Instead, choose a color, or a color scheme, and let your ladies choose their own dresses in that color. You’ll likely end up with one bridesmaid in a strapless dress above the knee and another in a conservative suit, but that’s who your girls are and that should be celebrated. The same rule applies with hairstyles. Don’t choose one fancy updo and make them all wear it. Allow them to choose the way they want to wear their own hair. You can obviously have final approval of dresses and hair, but your girls will look and feel beautiful in dresses they’ll actually be happy to wear again and you’ll have a group full of happy bridesmaids who are genuinely excited for your big day.

I think this adds personality and individualism to a wedding too
I like it more when everyone looks the same. Maybe differnt hair, but my bridesmades will all have the same dresses.
